The General Inspector or as we call it the “Trachtenberg Tracker” is a project aimed at tracking the implementation of government resolutions, amendments of deficiencies that are highlighted in the state comptroller reports as well as various recommendations.
The General “Inspector” is a project aimed at tracking the implementation of government resolutions, amendments of deficiencies that are highlighted in the state comptroller reports as well as various other recommendations. The website will enable citizens and various civic bodies to verify that issues are being addressed, and whenever necessary, to pressure government to execute what it committed to implement.
It is important to note that the government itself conducts internal tracking of resolution implementation and deficiency correction – but the tracking status is not accessible to the general public. Additionally, there are situations in which the government claims it implemented as required, but an external source charges that there is still more to be done…
We are currently conducting a pilot of the website that will track execution of the Trachtenberg Committee report.
