אז מה היה לנו?
- בסופ”ש הקודם פנסיה פתוחה עשו מיני-האקתון, במשרדינו בבית העמותות. שמענו שהייתה התקדמות מכובדת וגם למדנו 60 דרכים שונות לכתוב את השם של מניית טבע.
- שלחנו ניוזלטר המספר בפירוט על שחרור מאגרים של מפ”י. וגם אם אתם כבר מכירים, שווה לכם לראות את העיצוב המגניב של סמדר ויוסף
- אני עדין חייבת לכם דיווח מכנס ה-OGP בפריז, וגם סיפורים על קזחסטן ובלרוס מה- Open Data Barometer. הם בדרך, מבטיחה. בינתיים הינה סרטון feel-goodd מהכנס, עם כל הנבחרת הישראלית מבצבצת בו. והינה המחקר שכתבתי עבור ה-OGP על פתיחת תקציב המדינה בישראל. עוד מעט יצאו גם הסרטונים המלווים אותו. וגם סיפור שאהבתי במיוחד על יוזמה של הממשלה ההולנדית בשם Pleasant Contact with Government. אמיתי לגמרי. מתוך תוכנית העבודה הממשלתית ל-OGP:
ACTION 9: Informal approach to freedom of information requests
The ‘Pleasant Contact with Government’ project found that informal interventions during government decision-making procedures and in the handling of complaints and objections led not only to better-quality decisions, significantly fewer complaint and appeal procedures, lower costs and shorter lead times, but also to greater public trust and satisfaction and greater job satisfaction for public servants.
It means that a civil servant will actually call the filer and discuss the request. Most interestingly, even if the government could not provide the information requested, public trust would still improve.
